1. Jewellery sold can be exchanged or returned subject to following terms and conditions.
2. Original invoice should be produced at the time of return or exchange.
3. Jewellery should be in good condition. If damaged than separate valuation will be done.
4. Within Fifteen days of Purchase jewellery can be exchanged or returned for 100% of invoice value.
5. After 15 days of Purchase:-
a. Gold - (Net Weight x Current day Price) Exchange or Return.
b. Diamond – Carat Weight x Prevailing Market Price for Exchange.
· Carat Weight x Prevailing Market Price Minus 10% for Refund.
c. Polki - Colour Stones and Pearls 80% of value paid for Exchange or Return.
d. Birth Stone - No Exchange, No Return.
6. When advance is paid, Gold / Silver price is fixed for Advance amount Only.
7. For Balance amount, Gold / Silver price will be taken per the rate on the date of payment.
8. Gold / Silver Rate as on the date of delivery will be charged if the customer has chosen Gold Rate as Open.
9. Krishna Jewellers Pearls and Gems has the right to modify these terms and condition at any time without any prior notice.
