Loyalty Points

By redeeming or using the digital loyalty vouchers issued by Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions for Loyalty Vouchers

1.      Customers must provide a valid, registered mobile number to earn loyalty points. This number will be used for redemption.

2.      For redemption a code will be sent to the registered mobile for verification. Customer should have access to registered mobile at the time of redemption.

3.      Loyalty vouchers can only be redeemed after 30 days from the purchase date. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, after which they will expire.

4.      Loyalty vouchers are redeemable only at Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems stores and can be used for the purchase of gold, diamond, and silver ornaments. Gold vouchers cannot be redeemed for silver ornaments, and vice versa. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed towards the purchase of gold and silver coins.

5.      Loyalty vouchers are transferable.

6.      If the purchased product is returned or exchanged, the corresponding points will be debited based on the transaction

7.      Loyalty vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash refunds. They can only be used for purchasing eligible products.

8.      Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or alter the loyalty voucher program, including its terms, conditions, and benefits, at any time without prior notice.

9.      Loyalty points can be redeemed for a maximum of 20% of the total bill value.

Sample Calculation

·          For a bill of ₹50,000, the customer can redeem up to ₹10,000 in loyalty points (20% of ₹50,000). If the customer has 10,000 points, they can use ₹10,000 and pay ₹40,000.

·         For a ₹30,000 bill, the maximum points redeemable would be ₹6,000 (20% of ₹30,000). If the customer has 10,000 points, they can redeem ₹6,000 and pay ₹24,000. And the remaining ₹4,000 worth of points will stay unused.

We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to our website or any information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any third-party sources.

Applicability of Coupon Codes on certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates or occasions are at the discretion of Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems .

Coupon codes cannot be clubbed with any other special offer on the site, unless expressly otherwise stated.
